Product Guarantee and Refund Policy

1. Order Confirmation & Activation
Once your order is confirmed and your IPTV account is activated, we do not offer returns or refunds, as the IPTV account code cannot be resold.
2. Undelivered Orders
If we are unable to deliver your order for any reason, you will receive a full refund.
3. Incorrect Product or Unactivated Key
In cases where you receive an incorrect product or if the key code has not been activated, a refund or replacement is available. Additionally, if the key code cannot be activated for any reason, please contact us within 48 hours of purchase to request a refund or replacement.
4. Product Issues & Technical Support
If you encounter any issues with the product, please contact us with a detailed description of the problem, along with screenshots or photos to help us assess the situation. Our technical support team is available to assist you with installation and activation. In rare cases where our support staff is unable to resolve the issue, your order may be eligible for a refund.
5. Free Trial
Smartiflix offers a free 24-hour trial upon request. We encourage all new users to take advantage of this trial to test our service, channel quality, and device compatibility before purchasing a subscription.
6. Refund Processing
Approved refunds will be processed using the original payment method within 5-10 business days. Cryptocurrency payments will be refunded at the equivalent USD value at the time of the original transaction.
7. Subscription Cancellation
You may cancel your Smartiflix subscription at any time. Cancellation stops future billing but does not entitle you to a refund for the current subscription period. You will continue to have access until your current plan expires.
