Smartiflix provides an IPTV streaming service that gives subscribers access to 61,000+ live TV channels and 180,000+ movies and series on-demand. The service is delivered digitally and requires a compatible device and stable internet connection.

3. Account Registration

To use Smartiflix, you must provide accurate and complete information during the subscription process. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account.

4. Subscription Plans & Payments

• Smartiflix offers subscription plans ranging from 1 month to 12 months, for 1 to 4 devices.
• All prices are listed in USD and are subject to change without prior notice.
• Payment is due at the time of subscription and is processed through secure payment gateways.
• Subscriptions do not auto-renew. You must manually renew your plan when it expires.

5. Free Trial

Smartiflix offers a free 24-hour trial upon request. The trial provides full access to all features and channels. No credit card or payment information is required to start a trial. The trial expires automatically after 24 hours with no charges.

6. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

• Share, resell, or redistribute your account credentials to unauthorized users.
• Use the service for any illegal or unauthorized purpose.
• Attempt to reverse-engineer, modify, or interfere with the service infrastructure.
• Record, download, or redistribute any content from the service.

7. Service Availability

While we strive to provide uninterrupted service, Smartiflix does not guarantee 100% uptime. We may temporarily suspend the service for maintenance, updates, or circumstances beyond our control. We are not liable for any losses resulting from service interruptions.

8. Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account at any time if you violate these Terms of Service. Upon termination, your access to the service will be revoked immediately without refund.

9. Limitation of Liability

Smartiflix shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from the use or inability to use our service. Our total liability to you for any claims arising from the service shall not exceed the amount you paid for the subscription.
